2. E-Platform for Learning

Indian Transport Academy is an online learning platform that enables users to purchase and access transport industry training courses, attend live webinars, and receive certification.

By registering, you expressly consent to our collection, processing, storing, and handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. All data processing activities take place in India.

3. Eligibility

Persons who are legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to register for our Services. Minors below 18 years of age must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before using our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

4. Services Offered

Indian Transport Academy provides the following services:

• Live Webinars: Introductory online sessions conducted every Sunday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Online Courses: 6 structured modules covering transport industry skills
• Offline Batch Training: Available exclusively for Transport Agencies or groups of 10 or more participants
• Certification: Certificate of completion issued upon successful course completion

5. Fees and Payment

The following fee structure is applicable:

• Live Webinar: Actual Price Rs. 799  |  Special Discounted Price: Rs. 299
• Complete Course (6 Modules): Actual Price Rs. 2,999  |  Special Discounted Price: Rs. 999

All fees must be paid in advance at the time of registration. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if Indian Transport Academy cancels the session, participants will receive a full refund or admission to the next available batch.

In case of any payment dispute, please contact us at Indiantransportacademy@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.

7. Offline Batch Policy

Offline batch training is available only for Transport Agencies or groups with 10 or more participants. All other registrations are processed as online-only sessions.

• Offline batches are conducted at our registered premises in Vapi, Gujarat
• Scheduling for offline batches will be communicated separately upon confirmation
• Offline batch fees and specific terms will be shared upon enquiry

8. Certificate Policy

A Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants who:

• Complete the registered webinar or course module(s) in full
• Meet the minimum attendance requirement for the session

Certificates are issued in digital format. Physical certificates may be available upon request. The Company reserves the right to withhold certificates in the event of incomplete attendance or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

All content on the website and within the courses — including videos, documents, presentations, audio clips, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Indian Transport Academy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.

• Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or reselling course content in any form is strictly prohibited
• Screen recording, screenshots, or any form of copying of live webinar content is not permitted
• Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and legal action

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or Services for any of the following:

• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or criminal activity
• Sharing content that infringes copyright, trademark, or any proprietary rights
• Sending spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Website or its infrastructure
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity

11. Website Access and Availability

We endeavour to ensure uninterrupted access to our Website and Services. However, availability may occasionally be affected due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
